How to De-Stress Yourself
Work out what is important to you and concentrate on those things or
the things that make you happy. Remember that you do not have to do
everything else perfectly.
Accept that you can only do a finite number of things in a day or
week.
Try and find some time of the day to pamper yourself. A nice
90-minutes Thai Massage is excellent!
If a warm foot or face massage slows you down and makes you stop
thinking then do it regularly. If you prefer to lie in bed all day on a
Sunday then try and do it at least once a month.
Spend quiet time alone. Crowds and noise are two of the greatest
stressors in society today.
